Mission: Help our community thrive by providing an incubator for Seattle’s emerging and innovative artists while maintaining the historic film row icon, the Jewelbox Theater.

• We believe that before art can inspire and enrich our community it needs to have a place to grow and mature. The Jewelbox provides a safe, inexpensive and supportive facility for artists of all disciplines to experiment.

• Preservation for us means honoring the theater’s history while maintaining its relevance for the community today. The theater will remain relevant so long as it is an affordable space for artistic expression and experimentation.
