Level It is a network of women-identified art handlers, museum preparators, and specialty fabricators who unite for equity, growth, and empowerment in our field. Through technical training and shared professional resources we strive to break down barriers for entry and advancement in the industry.

We need your help
Your tax-deductible donation directly helps us fund workshops, subsidize class attendance, pay our instructors & facilitators, & expand our reach.

Since forming in fall of 2017, we've hosted 22+ events, 9 sold-out workshops, presented our work at conferences domestically & internationally, & connected women across the country & beyond.
