Actualize Artist in Residency (AiR) is a woman-run and woman founded art organization. Our mission is to foster and accelerate the careers of emerging artists by creating space and opportunities, establishing an artist alliance in Seattle's urban core. Now located in the historic Prefontaine building in Pioneer Square, Actualize provides 35 zero and low cost artist studios, a coworking space, a tool library/tech shop, a material exchange, and a gallery/event space.
