At Bar Stories, we believe in the transformative power of narratives to bridge divides, cultivate empathy, and strengthen the fabric of our communities. 

Our mission at Bar Stories is to create inclusive spaces where storytelling serves as a catalyst for connection and transformation within communities across Washington State.

Your donation will go towards facilitating the following programs:

Bar Stories Live on Stage: Our flagship live storytelling show provides a stage for individuals to share personal anecdotes and initiate open conversations based on shared experiences. We record and provide the storytellers with their stories free of charge.

Bar Stories Sunday Salon: This in-person workshop offers storytellers and writers a platform to share works-in-progress and receive constructive feedback; shows will be take place at Public Libraries in their community spaces, and open to all.

Bar Stories Legacy Project: This initiative brings storytelling exclusively to Senior Living Communities and Senior Centers, preserving the stories of seniors and providing families with a cherished keepsake of their loved one's life.
