A Touch of Light is a not-for-profit company dedicated to creating social change through the Arts, using Captive Art™ created by prisoners from around the world to create scholarships for children with an incarcerated parent, and support rehabilitative & restorative art projects for Incarcerated Veterans and other incarcerated artists.

Our goal is to build Second Chances for incarcerated Veterans and others being released with little or no support, and to help break the cycle of recidivism through Arts and Education-based opportunities for families impacted by incarceration.
